When you are busy mum, especially if you have a child with special needs, you are always on the go. Therefore eating healthy is very important to maintaining good health and energy levels.
After the birth of my second son I could not get rid of the stubborn fat around my stomach. My body did not have time to adjust from the first pregnancy. This was because my boys were only 14 months apart. Also my first son was diagnosed with a rare and degenerative condition and I did not have time to workout as much but I was not happy with my body.
But then I discovered James’ book on clean living and I lost 10 kilos in three weeks. I wasn’t hungry and I was healthy.
